Rhode Island Criminal Defense Attorney Michael J. Zarrella announces that he has started 2013 with a NOT GUILTY Verdict on behalf of a client facing 2nd degree child molestation.   The three day trial began on January 8, 2013 in Providence Superior Court and on Friday January 11, 2013 the twelve member jury rendered a NOT GUILTY verdict on behalf of his client.  This verdict follows a successful 2012 in which Attorney Zarrella obtained three not guilty jury verdicts in felony cases.
